Organic food are so defined because they are grown without the use of fertilizers and pesticides. In fact, many organic farms must follow strict guidelines in order to receive certification. These guidelines are so stringent that such farmers mustn't use wooden stakes for plants that are chemically treated or they must keep the equipment free from dust and foreign substances that many contaminate crops and should be used for animal manure and quality. Also if any of these substances were found in the crop completely undermine! Certification requires that the cultivation, conservation, processing, packing and shipment are carried out with the total elimination of chemicals, like insecticides, pesticides, antibiotics and food additives. Studies have shown that organic foods have higher concentration C and contain a small amount on behalf of toxins compared to conventional food. As more organic foods have a lower content, minerals and other nutrients are more concentrated. Furthermore, organic foods have a higher concentration of antioxidants compared to other. This is due to the fact that natural substances, the plant produces spontaneously to defend themselves from the attack of insects, make sure that is not necessitated the use of pesticides.

Organic diet…

…is a healthy diet, since organic foods are produced using natural methods and without pesticides and chemical fertilizers that are harmful to environment and to one’s health. They keep unaltered balance between mineral salts, vitamins and proteins, which are the essentials nutrional elements for us.
…is a safe diet, because organic foods are subjected to periodical controls.
A natural and organic food diet should be at the center of a proper nutrition program. By eliminating the foods that introduce or create toxins in your body, and by eating foods that are natural and organic, you will achieve good health. The premise of the natural and organic food diet is to avoid foods that contain artificial sweeteners and other additives. Since these food additives do not naturally occur in nature and are created by man, the human body does not process them correctly. It causes the body to build up toxins and generally leads to bad health. Similarly, use of non-naturally occurring fats and oils can also lead to compromised health.
Additionally, organic food tastes better because it adheres to seasons.
If you grow organic food environment thanks us because a smaller quantity of chemical substances poured in the environment implies cleaner and not tainted water, fruitful ground and respect to life and to biodiversity of animals and plants.
